Terms of Sale
These terms apply every time you buy from getbloomstones.com. They are written to be read, not to be survived — plain sentences, no tricks. Nothing here takes away rights Spanish and EU consumer law gives you.

Throughout this page, "we", "us" and "BloomStones" mean the seller identified above. "You" means the person placing the order.
2. What BloomStones is, and what it is not
BloomStones sells a physical box of play-based learning materials together with written activity guides for parents. That is the whole of what you are buying.
BloomStones is educational content for parents. It is not therapy or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for services from your child's care team. We do not assess or evaluate your child, we do not provide healthcare services of any kind, and we do not promise any particular outcome. Every child progresses differently and results vary. If you have concerns about your child's development, speak to the professionals who support your family.
3. Who can order
You must be at least 18 and ordering as a consumer — a parent, guardian, family member or carer buying for personal use, not for resale. We currently ship only to Spain (peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
4. How an order becomes a contract
Prices and box contents shown on the site are an invitation to order, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists only when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil your order — a pilot batch sells out, an address is outside our shipping area, an item is unavailable — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We pack pilot boxes by hand in small batches. If the box you receive differs in a minor way from the photographs on the site — a different colour of token, a different reinforcer toy of equal value — that is not a defect, provided the function and value are the same. Anything more than minor, we tell you before we ship.
5. Price and payment
The Starter Box is €49. That is the final price: Spanish IVA is included and shipping within our shipping area is free. The price you see at the moment you order is the price you pay, even if we change it later.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is only processed once Stripe confirms the payment. We issue an invoice by email; ask us if you need one with your own tax details on it.
6. Shipping and delivery
Boxes are dispatched within 5 working days of a confirmed payment, and in any case we will deliver within 30 days of the contract unless we have agreed a different date with you. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, physically receives the box.
If we miss the delivery date and the delay is our fault, you can give us a reasonable further period; if we miss that too, you may cancel and get a full refund.
7. Cancelling, returning, refunds
You have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, and we add a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee on top of it. Both are explained in full, with the withdrawal form, on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
8. If something is faulty
Spanish law gives you a three-year guarantee of conformity on physical goods from the date of delivery. If a box arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match its description, email us at hello@getbloomstones.com — a photo helps — and we will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund you, at no cost to you and without needing you to invoke anything on this page.
9. Safety — please read this one
Boxes contain small parts such as tokens and picture cards. They are not suitable for children under 3, and they are not toys to be left with a child unsupervised. Activities are designed to be run with an adult. You know your child best: if any material or activity is not appropriate for them — because of mouthing, sensory sensitivity, allergies or anything else — set it aside and tell us, and we will adapt future boxes.
10. The guides and the parent group
The activity guides, cards and printed materials are ours (or our licensors'). When you buy a box you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them with your own family, including sharing them with your child's care team. You may not resell them, publish them, or distribute copies.
Access to the private parent group is a courtesy that comes with a box. It is a space for parents, not a place to receive advice about a specific child from us. We may remove anyone who harasses other members, shares another family's details, or uses the group to sell things.
11. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not limit or exclude our liability in any way that the law does not allow — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for defective products under Spanish product liability law.
We are not responsible for outcomes in your child's development, or for how the materials are used once they are in your home. Because the materials require adult supervision, please supervise.
12. Circumstances outside our control
If something genuinely beyond our control delays us — a carrier strike, a customs hold, a supplier failure — we will tell you and agree a new date, or refund you if you would rather not wait.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and we keep a copy on file — ask us and we will send it to you.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
Email us first at hello@getbloomstones.com. We answer every complaint within 5 working days.
If we cannot sort it out between us, you can take the matter to the consumer authorities where you live: your local consumer information office (OMIC) or the consumer authority of your autonomous community. As a consumer you may also propose the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo).
15. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If it comes to court, you can bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live, and so can we — consumer law protects your home-court right, and we are not trying to move it.
